Information System Manager-hands-on

An established company in the Sharon region

is looking to hire an extremely capable information systems manager,

specializing in ERP and Priority

Responsibility for the management of all information systems, computing

infrastructure, communication and information security software and

hardware in the company:

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Leading the information systems in the organization, including the ERP

system and Priority and the customer management systems,

characterizing and analyzing processes, defining requirements,

implementing new systems, managing changes, building a work plan and

examining planning versus execution, and more.

2. Operation and maintenance of the corporate computing environment

which includes server operation, storage, communication equipment, DR

and BCP, information security products, personal computing, terminal

equipment and printers.

3. Building, writing and implementing policies and procedures in the field of

information security and privacy protection

4. Adapting the organization to the information security challenges and

building work plans accordingly

5. Managing the organization's technology and determining a technological

road map for the coming years

6. Management of employees, including on the professional and personal

side

Required skills:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering, or

alternatively some other bachelor’s degree plus advanced courses in the field of

computerized information systems

- About two years of experience in the position of CIO (Chief Information

Officer) in the organization

- Previous experience as a system person and experience as an IT

manager - mandatory

- Knowledge of processes and systems management - mandatory

- Microsoft MCITP / MCSA certification - mandatory

- Knowledge and experience in the worlds of SaaS

- Extensive knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems,

Office tools, and Active Directory.

- Experience working with physical and virtual servers (VMWare),

including hardware and software maintenance

- Proven experience working with IP telephone systems - an advantage

- Experience in WMS systems (warehouse management)

- Familiarity with information security products (such as Fortinet, Eset) -

an advantage

- Knowledge of managing SQL-based databases - a significant advantage

- Experience writing Powershell scripts - a significant advantage

- Willingness for a full-time position - mandatory

- High service orientation and excellent human relations

- Technical orientation and self-study ability
