The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to attract new customers and adeptly recommend the most suitable solutions from Eybna's Terpenes. We are specifically seeking an independent, proactive, and experienced sales professional to thrive in our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
• Initiate contact with potential clients through strategic cold calls and targeted emails.
• Present our company and its offerings effectively to potential clients.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate products/services.
• Tailor product solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• Proactively explore new business opportunities within the market.
• Facilitate meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
• Keep abreast of new products/services and stay informed about pricing/payment plans.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in a Business Development Representative or similar role.
• A track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) and Priority ERP.
• Professionsy in English.
• Additional language is a great advantage!
