Account Specialist

We're looking for a passionate individual to join our growing team at the position of Account Specialist.

This opportunity allows you to take part in the success of our growing startup, collaborating with renowned brands such as Microsoft, IGN & others.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-scale advertising accounts, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction
• Oversee large-scale campaigns by demand, collaborating cross-functionally with
• teams in Account Management, Data, and Strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deeply
• understand and address their needs.
• Conduct customer visits to identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to increase retention rates and influence future lifetime value.
• Utilize a deep understanding of ROI to manage media buying, prioritizing engagement and product adoption.
• Work collaboratively with various teams within the company to facilitate effective communication and seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Account Management/Supervisor experience in the marketing industry (advantage).
• Articulate and comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Passion for marketing and data analytics.
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for marketing strategy.
• High organizational skills with proficiency in task management tools (e.g., Office & Clickup).
• Strong numerical and business-oriented acumen.
• Understanding and experience in online and offline media buying (advantage)
• Familiarity and Ability to manage advertising platforms and tools.
