Responsibilities:

• Ownership and Accountability:
• Manage all HR domains within the division, overseeing the full employee life cycle, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, career development, coaching, and change management.
• Relationship Building and trusted advisor:
• Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted advisor, fostering a working environment of openness, empowerment, and transparency. globally, providing HR partnerships across all organizational levels.
• Consultation and Support:
• Offer consultation and support to managers on a wide range of human resources practices, organizational changes, and employee relations.
• Talent Strategy and Programs:
• Design and execute talent strategy and HR programs for the division, collaborating with corporate functions. This includes areas such as, retention, employee experience, succession, employee development
• HR Process Management:
• Manage and implement HR processes within the division, including performance management, salary review and promotions, and employee engagement.
  
  

• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting a high-growth and tech organization in a Business Partner capacity.
• Proven experience in global, complex companies.
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Fluent or native English proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative and "out of the box" thinker.
• Strong team player.
• Willingness to travel several times a year.
