Product Manager

Powtoon - our flagship product, with over 40 million users and counting, is used by virtually all Fortune 500 companies, business professionals, educators, students and individuals worldwide.

Powtoon enables anyone to create AWESOME animated videos using a state-of-the-art web-based animation studio, using a large library of animated assets, all built according to the latest animation standards.

We have an HTML5-based animation studio, an in-house developed player running the coolest WebGL rendering technology, a react-native mobile application and collaborations with leading market players.

We operate from a beautiful office in the Hagag Tower next to Sarona, Tel Aviv.

The Visual Native Tribe is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us and help us to develop amazing products!

You Will be:

• Part of a Revolutionary “PRODUCT EXPERIENCE” Team. This is a joint team of Product managers and UX/UI Designers
• Helping to construct a Product Roadmap and transform it into awesome features and products
• Building Amazing video capabilities within our core Powtoon Studio, develop new revolutionizing AI capabilities in video creation as part of Powtoon Imagine initiative and even taking part in our brand new Powtoon Arena video learning platform
• Conducting customer interviews, defining the target customer persona, and analyze customer needs to conceptualize properly every user journey
• Defining and analysing metrics to support product decisions throughout the full customer journey
• Working closely with UX Designers to achieve the highest quality outcomes, starting from User journey, through perfect user experience, remarkable performance and user messaging
• Owning your projects and being the subject matter expert for every question from stakeholders, managers and users
• Managing requirements backlog and prioritization based on company Strategy
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in product inception - Must
• High attention to detail - Must
• Advantage: A full-stack Product Manager
• Solid experience in SaaS, web/mobile products - Must
• Fluent English - Must (all communications are in English only, verbal and written)
• Substantial experience working directly and closely with Dev teams to execute product requirements on a daily basis - Must
• Experience working in a small startup/startup-like environment - Must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must
• Experience launching A/B tests - Must
• Passionate about building great products that serve customer and business needs
• Understanding the importance of UX/UI processes and proven experience in working with UX/UI teams
• Analytics-driven, metric-driven mindset
