Role Description

A start-up company located in the south is looking for an engineering manager Manager. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering team, including, project management, integration, and technical problem-solving. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the team meets technical goals, adheres to schedules, and produces high-quality work while maintaining the budget.

o Plan tasks for the team members (experience with task management tools)

o Manages the team status and report to direct supervisor

o Conduct team members performance reviews, including measurables KPIs

o In charge of hiring and training new team members

Qualifications

o B.A. mechanical engineering.

o Above 7 years of experience in mechanical design of multidisciplinary products and actuated mechanisms.

o Great verbal and writing skills. Fluent in English.

o Experience in design from concept to implementation through all design phases.

o Creative, with "out of the box" mindset, team-player and with great communication skills.

o Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office, with "hands-on" experience in assembly of mechanisms and practical engineering
