We are looking for a Department Manager to join our team.

Job Description-

• Providing service to the company's customers - handling phone/email inquiries
• Ongoing management of back-office team
• Improvement of work processes in the department
• Working with internal organizational interfaces

• The ability to manage employees at a high level, including remote management (from home/ at the client's premises)
• The ability to motivate employees and harness them in order to provide a professional and efficient response to customers
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks at the same time
