We are seeking a versatile, innovative, and motivated Life Cycle Management (LCM) Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team.
As an LCM Hardware Engineer , your role will involve supporting the product, production lines, and production sites, as well as developing production support systems, and tools. You will investigate and address product and production issues, customer complaints, and RMAs, working towards technical resolutions to enhance production processes both in-house and at BW worldwide, along with subcontractors. Additionally, you will lead cost reduction projects, reviewing and evaluating production yield to reduce company costs.
Responsibilities
- Provide failure analysis and root cause determination for product & production issues, customer complaints, and RMAs.
- Propose immediate actions to address these issues.
- Provide feedback to R&D regarding the causes of production, customer complaints, and RMA issues.
- Understand the engineering requirements of the project from various sources.
- Create and manage engineering project plans.
- Manage risks and mitigation strategies for engineering projects.
- Ensure proper execution of engineering projects in terms of quality and timeline.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 5 years of experience or Practical Engineering with 10 years of experience.
- 3 or more years of experience in Life Cycle Engineering.
- Experience working with subcontractors, transfer to production in electronics, mass production processes, and new product introduction to the production floor.
- Experience in multidisciplinary products – a must.
- Experience from Medical Device companies or military companies – a significant advantage.
