We are looking for a Sourcing Expert in the technology field to join our team and clients.

Location: Yokneam/Hod Hasharon, Israel

Full-time, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent in the technology sector.
• Engage with potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, professional networks, and events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and identify potential talent pools.
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology professionals, industry leaders, and networking groups to expand our talent network.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Work closely with Founders, VP levels, Hiring Managers, and HR teams to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a sourcing specialist or recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and trends.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates within tight deadlines.
