User Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a brilliant User Acquisition Manager with strong analytical skills to join our fun and talented team!

This is a unique challenge to help us grow and expand our home-grown search assets, and an amazing opportunity for a PPC professional, looking to develop and lead domain activity from scratch.

You Will:

Oversee and fine-tune user acquisition (UA) campaigns across diverse channels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth objectives - Search vertical.

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to discern patterns, glean insights, and pinpoint areas for campaign enhancement and performance enhancement.

Monitor campaign progress meticulously, delivering regular updates to stakeholders.

Efficiently manage and optimize budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Explore and experiment with novel channels, platforms, and targeting methodologies to identify scalable avenues for growth.

Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysis, Creative, and Product, to synchronize user acquisition strategies with overarching business goals.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with diverse marketing vendors.

Keep-up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user acquisition and digital marketing.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly as a User Acquisition Manager and/or media buyer of O&O.

Familiarity with various advertising networks and platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Taboola).

Strong analytical acumen, demonstrated through adept data analysis, inference drawing, recommendation formulation, and implementation.

Profound understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
