Recruiter Specialist-Student

As a Recruiter Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. This position is ideal for a student who is passionate about human resources, recruitment, and talent management. You will work closely with our HR team to source, screen, and engage potential candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist in the onboarding process. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment strategies, candidate evaluation, and employer branding in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance as needed.
  
  

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Previous experience or coursework in recruitment, human resources, or talent management is an advantage.
