As we expand, we're​ ​looking for​ ​a​ ​rockstar User Acquisition Manager to join our great team!

● Plan, launch, optimize and analyze UA campaigns.

● Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing assets that effectively engage and convert the target audience.

● Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners.

● Manage UA campaigns and budgets across multiple games, channels, and geos.

● Data Analysis (Identifying trends, opportunities, discrepancies).

● Research and evaluate mobile games and UA trends, have a voice in our creative and product direction.

● Contribute on building, maintaining, and developing our relationships with UA partners

● 2+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing – running UA and Retargeting campaigns with ROAS (return on ad spend) and active user base growth targets.

● Experience

● Hands on in planning, execution, and optimization of UA campaigns across various channels, such as social media, SDK networks, DSPs, SRNs while ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.

● Technical background and/or deep understanding of automation, programmatic buying, analytics, and machine learning with regards to UA.

● Success in building processes to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

● Demonstrated experience in approaches for creative testing at high velocity with great exit KPIs;

● Must-haves: a positive attitude, a passion for games and a love of problem-solving

● An understanding of advanced data analysis, Looker, Tableau, and the mobile gaming space is a definite plus.

● Fluent English - verbal and written.
