🚀 Role Overview:

- Build and manage learning and accreditation systems in the milk operations division.

- Establish systems, design processes, lead change, and train partners.

- Lead a learning team, including coordinators and developers (including recruitment and training).

- Shape a unified approach to accreditation and training, aligning divisional strategies.

- Develop training processes, collaborating with content experts.

- Design divisional standards for assessing the effectiveness and measuring the efficiency of learning systems.

📈 Responsibilities:

- Construct, implement, measure, and control the divisional learning plan (including budget oversight).

- Develop training paths and professional growth.

- Contribute to broad training projects as part of the department.

🌍 The role involves travel between several diaries (Alon Tavor Industrial Zone, Tel Yosef, and Rehovot) and occasional visits to company headquarters (Petah Tikva).

🎓 What You Need:

- Relevant bachelor's degree; a master's degree is a plus.

- Experience in leading complex training and development processes.

- Managerial experience.
