User Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a brilliant User Acquisition Manager with strong analytical skills to join our fun and talented team!

This is a unique challenge to help us grow and expand our home-grown search assets, and an amazing opportunity for a PPC professional, looking to develop and lead domain activity from scratch.

You will:

· Oversee and fine-tune user acquisition (UA) campaigns across diverse channels to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth objectives - Search vertical.

· Conduct comprehensive data analysis to discern patterns, glean insights, and pinpoint areas for campaign enhancement and performance enhancement.

Monitor campaign progress meticulously, delivering regular updates to stakeholders.

· Efficiently manage and optimize budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.

· Explore and experiment with novel channels, platforms, and targeting methodologies to identify scalable avenues for growth.

· Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysis, Creative, and Product, to synchronize user acquisition strategies with overarching business goals.

· Cultivate and nurture relationships with diverse marketing vendors.

· Keep-up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in user acquisition and digital marketing.

We'll need:

· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly as a User Acquisition Manager and/or media buyer of O&O.

· Familiarity with various advertising networks and platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Taboola).

· Strong analytical acumen, demonstrated through adept data analysis, inference drawing, recommendation formulation, and implementation.

· Profound understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
