Responsibilities
- Strategically oversee player engagement and behavior across diverse segments to optimize user interaction and experience.
- Develop seasonal Liveops plans aligned with game business strategy, utilizing all game core, meta features and marketing tools, while innovating and communicating new ideas to a wide player base.
- Create and execute monetization strategies to foster player retention and drive revenue, aligning with established KPI targets.
- Continuously monitor and optimize monthly and daily revenues to meet targets.
- Develop and implement daily promotional plans based on market research, including campaign design, creative development, operational launch, quality assurance, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with creative, operations, product owners, and business analysis teams to prepare comprehensive promotion briefs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a monetization manager in the gaming industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating positivity, initiative, curiosity, passion, independence, proactiveness, and a quick learning ability.
- Proficiency in process orientation and experience in planning and managing a monetization calendar.
- Structured approach to data analysis with robust quantitative and qualitative skills.
- Methodological approach to data presentation, capable of clearly and efficiently supporting business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Personal gaming background - BIG advantage.
