About the role

Teramind, a leader in space of security and user behavior research, is looking for someone to help build out Generative AI systems to reshape how insights are derived and delivered in our platform. Being at the forefront of Digital Loss Prevent, Insider Threat Detection, and Employee Monitoring, you’ll have access to the richest data in the space, giving you truly unlimited potential.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, refine, and optimize:

• A system levering both commercial and open source LLMs
• AI-generated text prompts to ensure they are accurate, engaging, and relevant for various applications
• Synthetic data generation mirroring real user behavior data
• Framework for analyzing video enabling process extraction
• Guardrails and AI safety concepts in the API layer working closely with researchers

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, physics, data science, engineering, health science or other domain-relevant field
• 4+ years of Artificial Intelligence, data science and/or machine learning experience
• Hands-on experience with building Deep Learning applications
• Strong software engineering skills in Python to create scalable and robust infrastructure for deep learning data, modeling, and evaluation systems
• Proven ability to train and debug deep learning systems: defining metrics and datasets, performing error analysis and training models in a modern ML framework
• Familiarity with researching current ML literature and math including optimization methods and modeling techniques
• Strong Experience in the transition of a prototype into a final product
• Experience fine-tuning foundation models to fit specific needs

You can expect up to 3 interviews. In some scenarios, we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
