Sales and Marketing Manager

As the Marketing and Sales Manager at UVision you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for our products and services in the Israeli and international markets

Your expertise in the defense industry will be critical in helping us achieve our business objectives.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years experience in sales and marketing roles
• Technical knowledge in the specified sectors.
• Experience with preparing sales and marketing proposals and providing effective and tailor-made solutions for complex technologies customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Track record in the Israeli defense market - advantage.
• Familiarity with UAV's is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of defense industry regulations and export controls.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and / or business administration (Master's degree is a plus).
