Financial Operations Lead

AT&T R&D Center Israel is looking for an exceptional and passionate Financial Operations Lead to join our team.

The position is a lead position in the AT&T Israel company, overseeing a budget of ~$300M annually covering ~1000 employees distributed in Israel and the USA. The Financial Operation lead is part of the AT&T Israel operation team, reporting to the operation director.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis - conduct financial due diligence and apply accounting procedures while gathering and analyzing data from many sources to identify trends, pain points, and financial opportunities. Proactively initiate appropriate interventions
• Budget Management - oversees the global organization's financial performance by balancing big-picture business goals and long-term forecasting with day-to-day oversight of expenses to make well-informed decisions about emerging opportunities and areas for improvement. Analyze financial data to compile information on budget utilization, providing regular reports to management
• Working with Corporate finance, organization finance managers, and executives in the USA and Israel to build and monitor the budget plan forecast
• Utilize in-depth technical knowledge, including Excel and PBI proficiency, to build and maintain finance KPI dashboards and analytics

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience
• Financial analysis - extensive experience in financial management in global (USA preferred) corporate hi-tech companies, including gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Must) and PBI (Advantage)
• Budgeting and forecasting - develop budget plans and create forecasts to support organization goals
• Bachelor's degree in economics or related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including executive level (GM and up)
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Curious, independent, and self-motivated mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
