Responsibilities
- Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back Office system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests
- Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations
- Responsible for enabling/disabling game features and events through the game’s Back Office system
- Work with monetization, economy, R&D, and product teams
- Work with the QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version
- Daily monitoring of tests
- Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
- Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications
- Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills
- Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- English proficiency, both spoken and written- Must
- BA or B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering / other relevant Engineering field – Advantage
