What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Analyst. Revenue Operations division is charged with optimizing and streamlining revenue-related processes.
The division mainly focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
How will you make an impact?
In this role you will be responsible for:
•Strategic Project Leadership - Lead and manage cross-functional projects within the Revenue Operation division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
•Revenue Forecasting - Assist Sales teams in building, positioning and forecasting complex business models and orders, which involves acting as the liaison between Sales and other key partners involved in the deal structuring process
•Business Support - Assist Sales with crafting Quotes, and Enterprise Licensing Agreements – with emphasis on global accounts and big customers.
•Data-Driven Decision Support - Provide critical insights through data analysis, enabling informed decision-making for key stakeholders.
•Process Efficiency - Spearhead initiatives to streamline revenue-related processes, enhancing operational efficiency and shortening sales cycles.
What is needed to succeed?
Required qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
•3-5 years’ experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
•Strong analytical, data mining and modeling skills
•Drive execution, initiate projects and manage them start to end.
•Be creative and solutions-oriented.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Detail-oriented, fast learner with strong execution drive
Desired qualifications:
•Prior experience in direct sales position – an advantage
•Experience in working S/W companies - an advantage
•Experience working with Excel and MS office. Prior CPQ knowledge – an advantage
