Global Operation Analyst

We are looking for a Global Operation Analyst who will lead the business-side execution of three major system projects for operation excellence:

ZCaptain (Line Planning System): Learn and integrate into an ongoing system implementation; oversee the completion and rollout of remaining modules.
New Vessel Application project: Manage the full lifecycle from kick-off through delivery.
New Port Operation System: Lead the discovery and design phase involving over 100 local offices; consolidate diverse business processes into a new unified system; lead implementation in next stages.

Major areas of responsibility

ZCaptain project
Support and QA deployed modules
Close work with IT project manager for remining modules design and development
Implementation of next modules

New Vessel Application Project

Complete full project scope and modules
Close work with IT projects manager for full project life cycle: design, development QA and implementation.
Analysis project integration with operation BI models.

New Port Operation System

Lead the discovery and design phase involving over 100 local offices.
Manage large scale interface with global stakeholders (local operation, IT, HO operation divisions, Finance, etc.).
Consolidate diverse business processes into a unified system development scope.
Lead implementation with IT.

Requirements:

An academic degree in Industrial Engineering
High level of project management skills with strong business orientation – a must.
3+ years of experience in information systems project management – a must
Strong analytical skills and fast learning- a must
Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
