Business Intelligence Team Lead

Management of a team of approximately 8 developers/analysts, reporting to the department manager.

• Management, monitoring, and implementation of the team's work plans.

• Collaboration with users and business units across the organization.

• Collaboration with technological interfaces within the department and beyond.

• Management of the development of derivative processes and data processing from various systems, and loading into the Data Warehouse (DWH).

• Responsibility for the availability and operation of the ongoing systems under the team's responsibility, including implementing process improvements and monitoring issues in existing systems.

• Management of team work procedures, tasks, and goals.

Mandatory Professional Requirements (Education, Experience):

• At least two years of experience in managing a BI/Data team with a minimum of 4 employees (developers and systems analysts).

• Experience working in an organizational DWH environment within a large organization.

• Previous experience in BI systems analysis or ETL development.

• Experience in data modeling in a DWH environment.

• Experience in team task management.

• Experience in working on multiple interfaces and projects with the ability to prioritize between them.

• Excellent interpersonal skills – a team player with high motivation.

• High analytical and business thinking abilities.

• Systematic vision and understanding of complex processes.

• Presentation skills – ability and experience in delivering presentations and conveying messages.
