Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and responsible Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Kfar Saba.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our

POS products, ensuring they align with market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the success of our products.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Work closely with the engineering team to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
• Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and roadmaps to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Continuously monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the POS or retail technology industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using Agile tools such as Jira and the Atlassian suite.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence, is required.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level is a mandatory requirement.
• This position is full-time and based at our office in Kfar Saba.
