At eToro, we are revolutionizing the financial industry with our innovative products and services. We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team and play a key role in defining the best experience for our 30M users worldwide.
As a product manager, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to delivering continuous improvements to existing ones.
The position calls for someone who can take the initiative, work independently, enjoy working hard in a challenging environment and learn quickly to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Be customer obsessed, challenge everything, and strive for perfection but know how to deliver on time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our users’ experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Create and maintain a detailed product backlog based on the company’s strategic plan and the goals defined by the business stakeholders in the Product Roadmap.
- Create and refine product requirements for each of the product backlog items.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, sales, Compliance, and customer service departments to identify new product needs.
- Plan, develop, and execute strategies to drive user retention with careful attention to ROI-based decision-making principles.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize user flows and conversion rates.
- Conduct data analysis and user research to gain insights into user behavior, identify pain points, and develop data-driven solutions to help our customers win the markets.
- Deliver product features from inception to production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery while demonstrating its impact.
- Together with the product analysis team, monitor key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-informed decisions that drive revenue & habit.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management from leading tech companies.
- Strong UX capabilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge or background in Finance or experience in trading.
- Great attention to detail coupled with the experience of seeing the bigger picture, prioritizing competing needs, and providing extreme clarity to your team and partners.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Proven & demonstrable track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
- Passion for the future of financial technology and the potential of disruptive products in the industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Self-starter with an initiative personality and phenomenal learning abilities.
- B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or a degree in a related field.
- Product experience with designing and launching consumer products.
