Product Manager

LabOS develops advanced LIS software used by hospitals and medical laboratories in Israel and worldwide.

Our platform supports complex laboratory workflows and plays a key role in day-to-day operational and clinical processes.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help shape a complex, high-impact product used in real-life healthcare environments.

In this role, you will take part in defining product requirements for our laboratory system, writing software specifications, and planning work within a Scrum environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and development teams to translate business and workflow needs into clear, structured requirements.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on information systems.

• Experience working in a Scrum environment.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage project tasks effectively.

• Strong leadership and persuasion skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

• Experience working with operational software systems – an advantage.

• Experience working with web-based systems – an advantage.
