We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet our clients' business needs and technological requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and robust solutions.

What’s the job?

• Analyze client requirements and business processes to design effective and scalable technical solutions.
• Develop architecture blueprints and documentation that outline the structure and flow of proposed solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that align with project requirements.
• Identify opportunities for business and technical flow optimization within existing systems and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Consolidate disparate systems and processes to streamline operations and improve overall system performance.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to understand project objectives and constraints.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach development teams to ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in proposed solutions and provide proactive mitigation strategies.
• Conduct impact assessments to address changes and modifications to existing architectures.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of architectural solutions through code reviews, design validations, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong background in software development and system design.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using a variety of technologies and frameworks
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices.
• Experience with enterprise-level applications and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and make informed decisions in complex situations.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
