Responsibilities:

Lead a team of strong product managers focused on Cloud Data Security and the DSPM market, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Define the product roadmap and strategy, guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
Manage all lifecycle stages for an innovative SaaS B2B product
Working hands-on with product managers, UX designers, and engineering managers as part of a cross-functional product team
Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive information
Communicating the product roadmap, both inside Varonis and with customers and prospect
Engaging with customers, prospects, and users to get their feedback, discuss their challenges, and gain a full understanding of their needs
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Professional services, Customer Success, Support) to understand their needs and refine roadmap
Initiate and work with technology partners to foster better-together solutions
Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers

Requirements:

Positive figure who loves a challenge and can convince others that everything’s possible
Comfortable and excited about fast-paced environments
Great communicator with strong interpersonal, organization, and prioritization skills
5+ years experience in product management
Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years experience managing product managers
Experience delivering vision, strategy, and plans to managers, engineering, and leadership
Rich experience in working, and leading, cross-functional delivery teams
Experience with cloud cyber security products
Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Experience as a DevOps or Backend leader
Strong experience in effective, collaborative work with all departments of the company
Experience in product management of SaaS product
Strong desire and ability to connect with customers, understand their challenges, and communicate a vision for how products can address those challenges
