Role Overview:

As Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in being the primary focal point between Nuevo Marketing and our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring our services align with their goals.
• Communication: Provide daily updates and maintain clear communication with clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and Nuevo Marketing's capabilities.
• Weekly Summaries: Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly summaries to clients, highlighting key achievements, project updates, and upcoming milestones.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any challenges or concerns raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to find swift and effective solutions.
• Client Satisfaction: Monitor and measure client satisfaction, seeking feedback to continuously enhance the quality of our services.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Plus)
• 2+ years experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Fluent Hebrew and English
