Job Description

As Customer Relations Manager you will be managing, maintaining and building customer communications & relationships. You will be expected to build relationships based on trust and expertise, promptly respond to customer inquiries, address and resolve complaints and reach out to customers who are less communicative as well as new customers.

You will also be expected to drive service improvement by analyzing problems, identifying its root causes and suggesting solutions.

As our customer’s first point of contact you will also be expected to work closely with our professionals to identify new needs and potential offerings.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong customer relationships.
• Strong written communication skills (Hebrew & English).
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Ability to receive a “headline” and convert it to an executable project.
• Good understanding of both Professional Services and Product domains – major advantage.
• Work experience with a Cyber Security organization – advantage.
