CIO

Deloitte - the largest consulting firm in the world is growing and looking for a CIO for a leading real estate company.

As part of the job:

• Lead IT strategy aligning with organizational needs.
• Understand and respond to company-wide computing needs.
• Formulate work plans, prioritizing based on business value and cost.
• Oversee information systems, server farm, and IT infrastructure, including establishment, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ensure uninterrupted operations, disaster recovery, and backup systems.
• Support employees using equipment and systems, focusing on continuous service improvement.
• Manage information security, implement policies, and monitor databases, infrastructure, communication, telephony, and systems.
• Manage computing budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient use of investments for infrastructure.
• Responsible for company data processes, centralizing, analyzing, and processing information for decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; additional relevant training is beneficial.
• Familiarity with the Priority ERP system (finances, logistics) - Must.
• 5+ years of experience as a Unit Manager in the IT department or Applications Manager.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including information systems integration.
• Proven experience with IT providers, hardware, software, and communication infrastructure.
• Familiarity and experience in BI, including establishing a comprehensive BI system based on distributed information - Advantage.
