What Does The Team Do?

The team is responsible for developing the core engine and integrating with third-party SIEM products, utilizing backend and frontend technologies, enhanced by big data capabilities. The team is central to driving product innovation and operational efficiency. Now, we are seeking an Agent Core Engineering Team Lead, a senior that role requires a tech-savvy leader with backend and frontend expertise, to drive our R&D team towards innovative product development. Strong English and leadership skills are essential for this role.

What You Will Do?

• Lead the R&D team in developing advanced backend and frontend solutions, emphasizing innovation and quality with a focus on cloud and big data technologies.
• Balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership, dedicating efforts to both development (70%) and team management (30%).
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch to enhance our product offerings.
• Maintain stringent testing protocols for superior software quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Management to align R&D efforts with corporate strategy.
• Adhere to strict timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of superior and inventive products.
• Stay informed on technology trends, especially in cloud computing and systematic testing.
  
  

• Over 7 years in technical roles with expertise in .NET Core, Node.js, NoSQL, React, UI/UX, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.
• 3-4 years of leadership experience, with proven success in managing technical teams and projects.
• Knowledge of Nest and NX frameworks is a plus.
• Deep experience with cloud and desktop environments.
• Solid foundation in unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch is beneficial.
• A history of guiding teams towards innovative solutions; AI/ML expertise is highly valued.
• Strong collaborative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English fluency for effective communication.
