IT Support Engineer

Job Description

• Work in a global team that monitors, provides end to end support and implements policies & automation while challenging yourself with projects that are self-driven
• Run the day-to-day IT operations at 3 new TLV offices
• Provide best-in-class support to our employees in Israel and abroad
• Find technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees
• Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, WiFi and other systems
• Manage all endpoint installations, upgrades and troubleshooting (for Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, phones, conference rooms, TVs, and back office systems
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT ticketing system
• Coordinate and manage technical projects and implementations
• Manage and maintain A/V aspects of our office: conference rooms and systems, meetup areas, projectors, speaker systems, etc.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• IT professional with 2+ years hands-on experience in IT support.
• You have extensive knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux environments and understand networking concepts.
• You have experience in leading technical projects and device management solutions.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you’re a service-oriented team player who’s just as comfortable working alone as you are in a team.
  
  
  

About The Team

We are Wix’s IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers, servers, hardware, software, and events on a global scale. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring, using the newest technology for device management services, Ansible, and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring, purchasing, security incidences, SLM, CRM, etc.
