Sales Manager

We are seeking an International Sales manager

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new overseas clients and manage leads.
• Negotiate commercial terms for client acquisition, handle distribution agreements, and arrange commercial terms.
• Construct pricing proposals, tailor portfolios for target markets, provide client training, and presentations.
• Distributor Management: Develop and maintain company clients, increase sales, and product variety for existing clients, maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Order management and supply chain coordination, forecasting, goal setting, and monitoring collections.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an International Sales Manager is mandatory.
• Experience in consumer products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus.
• High motivation and aspiration for success, resilience to achieve targets.
