Inside Sales Executive

TBO.COM - an international award-winning travel organization is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our local team in Israel.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in achieving our goals of agent acquisition and revenue growth in the Israeli market. Comfortable with extensive call interactions, you'll provide exceptional service and collaborate across various channels to ensure top-notch support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the local sales point of contact for travel agents via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in local sales processes, including credit, offline activities, lead generation, training, and handling complaints.
• Provide sales support and guidance to travel agents using TBO.COM's online reservation system.
• Assist sales managers with office and administrative tasks regularly.
• Collaborate with internal HQ teams, drive solutions, resolve issues, and follow up on sales cases.
• Translate messages and assist with communications in the Hebrew language.

This hands-on role encompasses both sales and operations functions tailored for the Israeli market.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant travel experience (B2B).
• Previous experience in servicing travel agents or travel suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Team player with a self-starter attitude.
• Proficient in English and Hebrew (writing and speaking).
