Job Description
As a Digital Marketer at Crowded, you will be responsible for spearheading our digital marketing initiatives with a primary focus on digital acquisition towards hyper-growth. You will be at the forefront of the leads pipeline, helping us achieve our digital marketing goals and ensuring that we remain competitive in the digital landscape. Your expertise in digital acquisition and your ability to strategize and collaborate across teams remotely/hybrid will be key to your success in this role.
We are seeking a senior leader with a proven track record of effectively managing full-stack digital marketing campaigns. As a key player within our leadership team, you will take on the responsibility of overseeing full marketing budget ownership, leveraging your prior experience to ensure financial efficiency and success. Your strategic mindset will be invaluable as you contribute insights that support organizational targets and drive performance evaluation.
You will work closely with a cross functional team, including rev ops, sales, product, development, and content creation, to ensure an effective digital acquisition . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital acquisition, technical SEO, hands-on and a proven ability to build HubSpot environments from scratch.
This position is Remote and work often requires a higher degree of autonomy. We value individuals who take initiative, assume ownership of their responsibilities, and demonstrate a high level of accountability in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, and optimize our user funnel based on data insights, market research, and the user’s needs.
- Build end-to-end acquisition engines working with campaign managers, including ads, landing pages and acquisition vehicles for our persona & use cases, feeding our platform and Sales team.
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and funnels. Using data insights to increase user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to drive new marketing campaigns and acquisition strategies.
- Building a HubSpot CRM from scratch, integrating various platforms and data sources, and setting up automation processes to streamline marketing efforts.
- Creating ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media outlets and continuously improving campaign performance through A/B testing, data-driven optimization, and KPIs tracking success and growth
- Implementing technical SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization. SEMrush mastery - a must
- Managing website development and ensuring constant alignment with digital marketing goals including through regular audits and QA testing
- Monitoring competitors and benchmarking against industry standards.
- Building and managing a backlink strategy to find new partnerships and disavow damaging backlinks.
- Staying updated on industry trends and hot topics and collaborating with the content marketing team to promote these topics.
- Effectively managing resources, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
