• Be part of the domain leadership along with the head of R&D & head of Product.
• Create the domain quarterly plans and follow up on their execution, managing risks and resolving bottlenecks.
• Initiate cross company projects involving the domain and other external departments in the company.
• Be an agile coach to domain - you will be the synergy catalyst driving their collaboration, performance & productivity.
• Building and maintaining alignment across multiple teams keeping a focus on execution, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Supporting the R&D teams with the ongoing prioritization of tasks.
• Being a change agent - Introducing processes & reporting methods which will improve transparency & domain efficiency.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in a Program/Project Management role in an agile environment.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders - R&D/Product, Marketing, Creative & Data teams.
• Experience in matrix management.
• A leader who is able to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders that have diverse interests.
• Organized, process oriented approach.
• Can-do attitude and creative problem solving capabilities.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Flexible - enjoys the speed of a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, communication & presentation skills.
• B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience working with Jira - advantage.
• B2C experience - advantage.
