We're looking for an Growth Marketing Manager - ABM to join our Growth team. As the Growth Marketing Manager - ABM , you'll own accessiBe's account based marketing development from A to Z. You'll develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused in key accounts to generate performance and drive awareness and engagement, supporting the sales pipeline.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies while focusing in key accounts and high-value prospects, aligning campaigns with overall business goals.
- Own and manage account-based marketing campaigns across the different media channels from A to Z.
- Initiate, manage and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (product marketing, content, sales, etc.) to generate the most effective funnel across all marketing channels (ads, content, email, etc.).
- Define and analyze KPIs, enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with sales to synchronize targeted accounts lists and focuses.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in managing B2B paid campaigns in at least $100k a month - A must
- 2+ years of experience in managing account-based marketing campaigns, including building funnels, managing media and working with ABM relevant software & analytics - A must
- Analytical and data driven approach - a must
- High level of English proficiency – a must
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GA4, HubSpot and similar tools – a strong advantage
- Strong Excel skills and proficient in data analysis
- Familiarity with B2B and sales-related metrics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional skills
- Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
