About The Role

Are you passionate about transforming complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content? We're looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Craft user-friendly documentation, including APIs, technical specifications, and Help Center articles, ensuring precision, clarity, and coherence.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, working alongside software developers and product managers to gather insights and comprehend intricate technical concepts for effective documentation.
Innovate and enhance documentation processes, tools, and practices to optimize content creation and maintenance. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
Actively participate in usability testing, offering valuable feedback to enhance the overall user experience of our applications.
You will play a pivotal role in influencing and shaping the documentation landscape. Your insights and contributions will shape our organization's standard for technical writing practices

Requirements

Possess 3+ years of relevant experience in creating and leading API documentation for developers. We welcome backgrounds in development and technical education.
Exhibit a firm grasp of technical concepts, particularly APIs and web applications
Knowledge of basic script programming and working with Postman
Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills. You can convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner, driving user engagement.
Experience in creating training manuals, instructional materials, and other learning content with a user-centric approach
Ability to think like a client and reproduce the developers' experience (clients & partners as well)
Native English speaker
