Aftersales Manager

Scope of responsibility:

1.Responsible for Zeekr’s general distributor in Israel including after-sales service network inspection, after-sales service agreement negotiation and signing.

Responsible for assisting distributors to establish local after-sales service capability on site.

2.Responsible for the implementation of ZEEKR service standards, service processes and service policies in overseas markets.

3.Responsible for the daily connection between distributor and ZEEKR AS - service, spare parts, warranty and technical repair, daily operation monitoring and optimization.

4.Responsible for major and batch quality problems, as well as major customer complaints, quality problem coordinate and handling on site.

5. Responsible for training the distributors AS team and its dealers how to use the relevant systems of ZEEKR and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above.

2.More than 5 years of OEM after-sales service experience is preferred.

3.Proficient in office software, especially Excel.

4.Have rigorous logical thinking ability, good communication, coordination and ability to work under pressure, careful and meticulous.

5.Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English & Hebrew can be used as a working language. Chinese is huge plus
