We are looking for administrative assistant to join alliances and procurement unit, you will provide administrative and logistics support to alliances and procurement management employees,
This is a Temp - Position
What will your job look like?
- Provide administrative and logistics support for VP and management.
- You will coordinate meetings with multiple participants worldwide.
- You will oversee the ongoing day to day at the office.
- Support procurement logistic activities
- Help with arranging business trips abroad (overall logistics).
- Help to arrange offsite meetings, conventions, conferences, and seminars for the managers.
- Support for event management cross the units
- Submit expense reports on behalf of the manager.
- High level English speaking, reading, and writing.
- 2+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt new technologies and software systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to make decisions and recommendations for situations not falling clearly within established rules or guidelines as necessary as well as out of the box thinking and ability to use common sense and take decisions quickly.
- You will use your experience and insights to help shape the Amdocs’ experience of customers, and internal employees.
- By dealing with the small and big details, you will be the backbone of our everyday success!
