Payroll Accountant and bookeeper

Responsibilities

• Ongoing management of the ledger, journal orders, registration of supplier invoices, management of banks and cash flows, production and receipt of invoices.
• Ongoing processing of employee wages from the beginning of their employment to the end of their employment, including processing of employment agreements and contracts, preparation of salaries.
• Payrolls, work agreements and contracts, production of reporting reports, balance sheets, cut-off orders.
• Preparing books and the processed material for the CPA in preparation for an annual audit, working with the CPA's ongoing management system.
• Work on the Meccano system that integrates attendance reports as well as Priority.
• One-sided bank statements, receipts, transfers, receiving bank statements.
• Online reporting to authorities, bank reconciliations, supplier-customer reconciliations, registration of credit card charges.

Qualifications

• Accounting certificate type 2/3.
• Certificate of payroll accountant
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Full control of the Priority software.
