  • Manage a variety of tasks related to intellectual property in coordination with the IP Manager.
  • Monitor and support intellectual property processes, including the preparation, application, examination, granting, and maintenance of patents, trademarks, and designs.
  • Handle takedown procedures: receive reports of intellectual property infringement from sales channels and submit requests to social platforms for the removal of infringing content.
  • Manage payments to contractors: submit requisitions, ensure approval, and convey purchase orders to the accounting department.
  • Collaborate with legal and engineering professionals in Israel and around the world.
  • Work closely with individuals from various departments within the company.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English: mother tongue (preferred) or equivalent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficient in office computer skills.
  • Office management skills.
  • Experience in intellectual property or legal field – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with medical devices – an advantage.
  • Highly organized.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, including meeting deadlines.
