About The Role
Coro is looking for a passionate Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team.
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for various roles within our Product, R&D, and non-technical teams.
This position is hybrid 2-3 days a week in the Tel-Aviv office.

Responsibilities
Innovative Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Management:
- Employ creative strategies to source top-tier technical candidates using a variety of channels.
- Continuously develop and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent.
- Ensure each candidate has an exceptional experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring goals and specific role requirements.
- Provide insightful feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and managing the candidate pipeline.
- Ensure seamless and efficient recruitment operations from initiation to candidate onboarding.
- Prioritize and deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage and inform candidates.
- Demonstrate expertise in identifying and assessing a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates.
- Utilize effective evaluation techniques to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify areas for process enhancement.
- Implement innovative strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Cross-train with other talent acquisition specialists on the team
- Build and manage a specialized talent pool for technical roles, taking into consideration specific role requirements and geographic locations.
- Lead elements of the marketing recruitment strategy, including crafting engaging content for various platforms.
- Actively participate in networking events and other initiatives to enhance recruitment branding and visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Passion for recruiting - a must!
- Minimum 7 years of technical recruitment in Israel. SaaS/Cyber-security/internal recruiting background preferred
- Minimum 7 years of proven LinkedIn sourcing experience
- Comeet experience preferred
- Experience executing offer agreements is a plus
- Social-media/branding recruitment knowledge is a plus
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Ability to compose compelling LinkedIn and email campaigns that highlight the exciting technical challenges and incredible culture at Coro
- Experience in sourcing, including building new and creative sourcing strategies using recruiting databases and social media platforms
- Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment
- Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive with a can-do approach
- Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Hebrew
