Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle tech placements – Prepare graduates for the job market by enhancing their CVs, coaching for interviews, building LinkedIn profiles, and strengthening skills required for diverse technical roles

Lead workshops and professional development sessions – Teach essential job-search and career-advancement tools

Manage employer relationships – Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with tech companies and recruiters

Proactively source tech job openings – Regularly scout digital platforms- LinkedIn, professional/tech communities, job boards, etc

Track and optimize placement processes – Collect and analyze placement data, track periodical targets and success metrics, and refine processes based on insights

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in end-to-end technical recruitment

Strong track record in developing and maintaining employer relationships

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics

Proficiency with digital/social platforms for recruitment

Solid understanding of tech industry job market trends

Commercial mindset with goal orientation and delivery capabilities

Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting

Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
