Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation and Web Development Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology and web development. You will play a crucial role in automating marketing processes, managing email marketing campaigns, maintaining and updating website content, and overseeing small to medium-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation strategies using tools like "Make" to streamline marketing processes.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance analysis using platforms like SendGrid.
• Regularly update and manage website content to ensure accuracy and engagement.
• Design and develop reusable website components, such as a pricing element, and integrate them into various web pages.
• Handle small development tasks on Bubble and Python, demonstrating a strong grasp of these technologies.
• Assign and manage development tasks within a team, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. However, significant relevant experience can substitute for formal education.

Marketing Automation:

• Demonstrated experience with automation tools like "Make" (formerly Integromat) or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows.

Email Marketing:

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as SendGrid.
• Experience with email campaign design, execution, and performance analysis.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations.

Web Development:

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end web development.
• Experience with web development platforms like Bubble and familiarity with Python.
• Ability to develop and integrate reusable web components, such as pricing elements.

Project Management:

• Experience in managing digital projects, including delegating and overseeing tasks within a development team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
