Manufacturing and process Engineer

The role includes constant improvements of the design, processes and equipment while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance to regulatory demands. In this role you will work with various factors in the organization such as manufacturing, R&D, clinical, QA/RA and with external suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and lead improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality compliance.
• Design and implement new tools/ jigs/ equipment and technologies in the production process and improve existing ones.
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of required equipment, tools, test equipment and prototype parts.
• Support the manufacturing floor, manufacturing suppliers and QC activities.
• Generate comprehensive test plans, protocols, and reports for both process validation and design verification.

Requirements:

· B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in the medical device industry.

· Excellent technical capabilities and hands on approach.

· High level English (both written and spoken).
