Fast Corporation is a developer of B2C services and products, located in Raanana, Israel, and Kyiv, Ukraine with clients all over the world. At the moment, we have over 50 employees and are continuing to grow.

To implement our goals, we need the right people to execute and lead our strategy. This is where you come into the picture. Your responsibility is to find the right people, attract talent, filter candidates intellectually and emotionally, and join us in building the operation.

You represent us; therefore, you must look and sound professional, being well-dressed and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

You will lead the recruitment process from A to Z; it is on you

Working together with the Oru Ukrainian Recruitment team

Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Effective communication skills in Hebrew, English, and Russian/Ukrainian (advantage)

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, and JIRA

High-energy and passion

Leadership skills
