Job overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to oversee and implement QA activities within our company. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and product teams to uphold customer satisfaction by maintaining a high-quality product.

Currently, our QA process relies mainly on manual testing, and we welcome engineers with automation expertise. The successful candidate should be ready to contribute to setting up the entire QA process in the company.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Senior QA Engineer, with a focus on both manual and automation testing, preferably in a software development for IoT environment
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies: test planning, test design, and test execution
• Proficiency in Python and WEB test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium)
• Experience in transitioning from manual to automated testing environments is highly desirable
• Solid interpersonal and leadership skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Collaborate with product owner and dev teams to help define requirements and translate them into effective test plans
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure product stability
• Support and triage bugs reported by clients
