Ideation Scientist

Job Description:

• Develop attractive & cutting-edge scientific research programs aligned with ICL's priorities.

• Operates as a core team member of the R&D Innovation Lab, planning and driving front-end innovation activities,

with the focus of new product development, based on scientific research and unmet needs analysis.

• Serve as technical lead and support scientific and technical content related to the latest scientific discoveries, new ingredients, and breakthrough

technologies to fuel the company's R&D channels.

• Plays a significant role in guiding innovation projects by providing actionable recommendations based on key findings from scientific research and unmet

needs analysis for developing new products.

Job Requirements:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Microbiology / Biology / Biotechnology / Plant Physiology / Soil Microbiology

• Five years of experience in working in Biological Product Development

• Experience in biotech and / or agriculture companies (biotechnology, fertilizers, crop protection, seeds, etc.).

• Demonstrated abilities in leading innovation and creative processes

• Knowledge of and training in good experimental design and basic statistics

• High level English
