About The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to guide a dedicated team of engineers, analysts and designers working to make Houzz synonymous with the home.
Our product team is specifically focused on B2B2C SaaS business management tools to help Design and Build firms manage their projects from the lead stage, all the way through to receiving final payment. You will work across both our website and app to elevate the customer experience in order to drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization with a focus on the financial aspects of the product, including payments, accounting, reporting and more.

What You’ll Do
- Define our cross platform product strategy, and help discover new business opportunities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and success
- Engage closely with the sales, support, and marketing teams to gather requirements
- Speak directly to customers and leads to create an award-winning product
- Work with the engineering team to provide the best implementation
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Work directly with the multiple teams across the US and EU
- Champion a “growth mindset” and approach across the team
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on B2B SaaS products and a clear track record of shipping successful products on mobile and web.
- Experience working with payments, accounting products and integrations (such as QBO)
- Excellent product sense and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem. You regularly keep up with new products to learn how they grow and work
- A natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. You are eager to be the glue between other functions, doing what it takes to make our product successful
- Experience in data driven product design, with excellent analytical skills; you are able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- An extremely detail-oriented mindset; you believe that a great product is the sum of an inordinate number of small, thoughtful decisions
- Self-driven to achieve goals; high energy level; dedicated work ethic a must
- Exceptional communication skills and a true team player
- Fluent English (both verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree is preferred with a business, technical or computer background
- Strong financial acumen and an understanding of financial and accounting principles
